India Clinches T20I Series vs Sri Lanka: Jaiswal and Suryakumar Shine.
Yashasvi Jaiswal and skipper Suryakumar Yadav led India to a seven-wicket victory in the rain-curtailed second T20I against Sri Lanka, securing an unassailable 2-0 lead in Pallekele on Sunday. Despite the absence of Shubman Gill due to a neck spasm and another failure for Sanju Samson, Jaiswal (30 off 15 balls) and Yadav (26 off 12 balls) successfully chased down 78 in 8 overs. Head coach Gautam Gambhir and captain Yadav marked a strong start to their new roles, with the Indian team dominating in all departments after restricting Sri Lanka to 161 for 9.
